Pertinent comment and excellent advice. One can relate one's story, but it doesn't mean that the story and its lessons apply to all.

Yes. Very little in life ever applies to all. I share my own thoughts here with the respect of the reader's own wisdom to take it or leave it as it suits them.

Oh Bronnie I hear you- the shame that can be caused by the wellness space is a lot to deal with sometimes (have had that too, as you know). Thank you for articulating this so well, not an overly easy subject to write about.

Bronnie, thank you for sharing! I too live with chronic pain and I also receive unsolicited advice from people who doesn't understand and try to impose their religious views or other. I stay away from those people because it's very frustrating and futile. As you mentioned I have little energy and I decide to use it to heal. We know what's best for us. Take care!
